Job Summary

Develop and support masterbatch product innovation for packaging, electronics, consumer, agriculture, and industrial applications. Execute stage-gate development and SOP-driven work, perform product localization and scale-up support, and lead new product development investigations with the extrusion lab team. Conduct benchmark analysis, raw material evaluations, formula adjustments, and document support for new product launches while maintaining lab cleanliness (5S) and R&D record traceability to meet QMS requirements and ISO 14001 environmental expectations.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to a safe work environment aligned with Goal Zero targets.
•Perform masterbatch development using stage-gate processes and SOPs to support business growth and profitability.
•Support product development and localization, including monitoring scale-up processes.
•Lead new product development work: coordinate with the extrusion lab team on quality issues, analyze trial samples, and perform competition benchmark analysis.
•Maintain lab and R&D compliance: ensure 5S, R&D record traceability, and meet QMS and ISO 14001 environmental requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or in polymer and material science.
•Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
•Technical knowledge of polymer/plastics extrusion, basic organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, and flexible packaging applications.
•Ability to operate lab instruments and interpret analysis results.
•Strong analytical thinking and professional communication with internal and external customers.
