Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and document compliance with the AGP Total Quality Control Program and QC specifications.
  • •Perform laboratory testing and document results as required, including sieve analysis and moisture content analysis.
  • •Conduct daily checks on weights and checkweigher settings, track bag weights, and review batch tickets for specifications.
  • •Ensure correct production formulas, track outside scale calibration records, and send QA samples for independent testing.
  • •Enter and maintain quality records in Excel, inform the plant manager of non-conforming products, and support internal/external audits.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or equivalent vocational training/certification) with related experience or a combination thereof.
