Technical Account Specialist

Serve as the technical point of contact for strategic client accounts and major infrastructure projects. Lead technical relationships with stakeholders and project teams, coordinate engineering activities across multiple departments, and review technical documentation and deliverables. Monitor project performance, drive continuous improvement, support issue resolution with ongoing technical advice, and prepare management reports with recommendations while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and corporate standards.
