Central Utility Plant Manager (Indianapolis, IN, US)

Oversee and direct day-to-day operation and maintenance of a newly constructed cogeneration (cogen) facility at the Ingredion site in Indianapolis. Lead commissioning/testing turnover to operations, tune automated plant systems with integrators, ensure safe and environmentally responsible utility asset performance, and meet contract deliverables. Manage plant staff and daily activities, coordinate vendors/contractors, develop O&M budgets and cost-saving measures, conduct safety training, and serve as the onsite liaison to the customer.
