Drive sustainable growth across strategic client accounts by supporting account planning, opportunity development, and work-winning activities. Lead and coordinate strategic pursuits, bids, proposals, and tenders, while shaping win themes and value propositions. Key Responsibilities

•Support the development and implementation of strategic account plans aligned with business objectives and client priorities.
•Collaborate with Senior Directors and account teams to identify account growth and market expansion opportunities, maintaining account intelligence and monitoring performance.
•Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities within existing and target client accounts; manage opportunity pipelines and facilitate go/no-go decision processes.
•Lead and coordinate strategic pursuits, bids, proposals, and tender submissions; develop win themes, value propositions, and pursuit strategies; coordinate internal resources to progress opportunities.
•Promote the use of AI-enabled tools and digital solutions to enhance business development, account planning, and pursuit management, and support continuous improvement in growth and work-winning activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
•10-15 years of experience in strategic account management, business development, client relationship management, work winning, or growth leadership roles within engineering consultancy, professional services, infrastructure, construction, or advisory sectors.
•Proven experience developing and executing account growth strategies for major public and private sector clients.
•Demonstrated success identifying, qualifying, and converting opportunities into secured revenue.
•Strong experience leading or supporting complex pursuits, bids, proposals, and tender submissions, including work in matrix organizations across multidisciplinary teams.
