Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise AI initiatives, defining and executing a multi-year AI technology roadmap aligned to business priorities. Build and scale AI/ML and GenAI capabilities, including platform development, deployment, and integration into enterprise applications. Drive adoption of copilots and AI agents, establish governance and responsible AI guardrails, and manage a portfolio from proof-of-concept to enterprise rollout while leading cross-functional teams and vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute a multi-year enterprise AI technology roadmap aligned to business priorities.
•Lead design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and GenAI solutions, including scalable architecture using MLOps and CI/CD.
•Drive GenAI adoption (copilots and AI agents) and enterprise integration across platforms such as Microsoft ecosystem and SAP.
•Establish AI governance frameworks, including lifecycle monitoring, security/privacy, and responsible AI guardrails.
•Manage a pipeline of AI initiatives from proof-of-concept to enterprise deployment while leading cross-functional teams and vendor partnerships.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
•10+ years of technology experience focused on AI/ML or GenAI.
•Experience defining and executing enterprise AI strategies.
•Hands-on experience delivering AI/GenAI solutions.
•Strong cloud platform experience (e.g., Azure) and proven leadership in cross-functional environments.
