Key Responsibilities

  • •Influence Through Data: Mine data to identify opportunities and influence stakeholders to improve fixed cost structure and unit economics, supporting site expansions and evaluating automation investments with ROI models.
  • •Provide Strong Controllership: Own purchase order and headcount approvals for the site and ensure spending aligns with financial plans while strengthening financial controls as operations scale.
  • •Financial Planning & Reporting: Build financial plans aligned with company targets and develop reporting/operational metrics that affect labor allocation, automation deployment, and investment prioritization.
  • •Financial Modeling: Create dynamic models to evaluate end-to-end financial impacts of CapEx investments and process changes, translating analysis into actionable decisions.
  • •Process Improvement: Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve financial and operational processes as the operation scales.

Key Requirements
