Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and drive high-impact technical and organizational improvements that advance the Data Models organization and IRIS platform capabilities.
  • •Lead initiatives from concept through operationalization, including implementation, adoption, measurement of impact, and long-term ownership delegation.
  • •Drive architectural modernization to improve system performance, scalability, concurrency, and operational flexibility.
  • •Establish and enforce high standards for technical quality, execution, communication, and professionalism; mentor and develop engineering leaders and contributors.
