Job Summary

Design and build enterprise CRM and customer-facing solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Knowledge Management, Case Management, client entitlement workflows, and Code Redemption. Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Visualforce, Apex, Flows, and SOQL, while integrating with Oracle Database through REST APIs and optimized SQL/PL-SQL. Deliver end-to-end via SDLC, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with Product Owners, System Analysts, and QA in Agile/CI-CD using Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and maintain Salesforce applications including Visualforce pages, Apex classes/triggers, Flows, and SOQL data logic for entitlement, Code Redemption, Knowledge Article management, and Case Management.
•Develop and maintain REST API integrations between Salesforce and Oracle Database backends to ensure reliable enterprise data exchange.
•Write optimized SOQL and Oracle SQL/PL-SQL queries for reporting, data migration, and integration use cases across the platform portfolio.
•Design and implement Knowledge Article structures and Case Management configurations to improve support workflows and self-service resolution.
•Apply SDLC to deliver solutions from requirements analysis through testing, deployment, and production support, including troubleshooting and root-cause fixes across Salesforce and Oracle DB layers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
•8+ years of software development experience with hands-on delivery on the Salesforce platform.
•Proficiency in Visualforce, Apex (classes/triggers/batch), declarative Salesforce Flows, and SOQL.
•Working knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL, including queries, stored procedures, and integration patterns connecting Oracle DB to Salesforce or REST APIs.
•Experience consuming/producing REST APIs and using JavaScript for Salesforce page logic and integrations.
