Key Responsibilities

  • •Define high-level product experience features and requirements, from unboxing to end-of-life, and collaborate with Design & Product Experience Designers to develop user journeys for different personas and environments.
  • •Define and prioritise digital user experience features and requirements, captured through experience briefs and Product Requirement Documents, and tested by software teams.
  • •Translate business needs, user insights, and new opportunities into clear requirements—balancing time, cost, spec, and quality, and drive alignment with technical leads to validate feasibility and delivery.
  • •Oversee the requirement-setting, design, and testing of physical packaging and onboarding materials, ensuring consistency of product information across web, app, and printed materials.
  • •Guide asset delivery plans into the overall project schedule, coordinating with the Programme Manager to ensure app assets and film requirements are delivered on time.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, Design, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • •Extensive experience managing technical or manufactured products from concept through to delivery, with ownership of the user experience
  • •Track record of influencing product vision, design, and delivery in a cross-functional environment
  • •Proven ability to manage user experience for both physical and digital products
  • •Working knowledge of product development processes, manufacturing, and digital ecosystem integration
