Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end high-speed PCB design and layout for GPU, CPU, and server platforms.
  • •Define ASIC ball-out, component placement, routing strategy, stack-ups, and design constraints.
  • •Develop and implement design rules for high-speed interfaces including PCIe, memory, SERDES, and power delivery networks.
  • •Collaborate with Board Design, SI/PI, Mechanical, Thermal, Packaging, and Manufacturing teams to optimize performance and manufacturability.
  • •Execute PCB verification and design rule checks and generate manufacturing outputs (ODB++, Gerbers, fabrication documentation) through production release readiness.

Salary: CAD 114,450 - 196,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience designing complex printed circuit boards for high-speed electronic systems using PCB CAD/EDA tools such as Cadence Allegro/OrCAD, Altium, Zuken, PADS, or equivalent.
  • •Strong expertise in high-speed routing, HDI technologies, dense BGA designs, stack-up development, impedance control, and power delivery.
  • •Experience defining ASIC ball-out, component placement, routing strategy, stack-ups, and design constraints for production hardware.
  • •Strong understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly/manufacturing processes, including execution of PCB verification and design rule checks.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
