Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement the country’s field service EHS plans, annual objectives, and improvement actions aligned with Eaton’s global field service EHS initiatives.
  • •Support the Regional EHS Manager and country leadership team in maintaining local EHS compliance programs for field service, project, service, and office activities.
  • •Coordinate with local business stakeholders, project teams, and service leaders to achieve EHS targets and objectives.
  • •Implement Eaton MESH requirements using MESH tools to support continuous improvement.
  • •Manage and track EHS training for field service employees and relevant contractors, including local regulatory requirements, Eaton standards, and MESH requirements; support audits, permits, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution; Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, Science, or related discipline is preferred.
  • •Possesses Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certificate.
  • •5 to 7 years of working experience in EHS, field service, project, electrical systems, or contractor safety management.
  • •Experience with regulatory compliance, field inspections, incident investigation, and contractor management.
  • •Working knowledge of EHS management systems (Eaton MESH or equivalent frameworks) and practical field service safety controls (e.g., electrical safety, Job Safety Analysis, Lockout Tagout, PPE, contractor management).
