•Define and drive the Ask Acorns roadmap, aligning with product teams across Financial Planning, Financial Products, Families, and Growth
•Partner with design to craft Ask Acorns' voice, tone, and persona, and how it handles edges of what it can help with
•Build the strategy for Ask Acorns' skills and capabilities, including memory, longitudinal understanding, and conversation threading
•Establish the quality and performance bar with engineering, including latency, reliability, and integration with the Acorns ecosystem
•Define success metrics, build feedback loops with research, and use transcripts and instrumentation to detect issues and improve over time

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 248,000 annually

•10+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years building and shipping conversational AI products

•Bias for speed and action; able to decide with incomplete information while maintaining rigor in a regulated environment
