Job Summary

Supervise and support remote robotic inspection missions for solar sites from the India operations team. Operate and monitor robotic systems, guide and coach Robot Operators, and maintain day-to-day communication with U.S.-based leadership. Own operational consistency through scheduling, quality/performance reviews, reporting, documentation, and safety/compliance reinforcement. Troubleshoot technical issues with escalation support to engineering or technical teams when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Remotely operate and monitor robotic missions to maintain operational proficiency.
•Provide day-to-day guidance, monitor performance/productivity/standards, and assist with onboarding and training of new operators.
•Coordinate cross-region operations via regular communication with California-based teams, participating in shift handoffs, mission reviews, and operational meetings.
•Assist with managing daily operator schedules and coverage, including workload distribution and mission prioritization.
•Review mission execution and documentation quality, support technical troubleshooting/escalation, and provide operational updates and accurate incident/anomaly/mission-result documentation, while reinforcing safety and compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 120,000 - 1,600,000 annually

Key Requirements

•English fluency (spoken and written) for daily communication with U.S. teams.
•Prior experience in remote operations or robotics, technical support or customer service leadership, or operations supervision/team coordination.
•Demonstrated leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience.
•Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to work from the India office while supporting U.S. operational hours, including evening or overnight shifts as required.
