Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of asset managers overseeing direct and fund NMTC investments, coordinating reporting, equity fundings, QLICI loan maintenance, site visits, consents, and internal coordination.
  • •Review, approve, and elevate action plans to mitigate portfolio risks consistent with industry standards and business objectives.
  • •Work with the Director of Syndications to ensure timely analysis and reporting to assemble, service, and manage funds syndicated to third-party investors.
  • •Administer Huntington’s Community Development Entity (CDE), including development and maintenance of operating procedures and reporting systems to monitor and manage compliance.
  • •Ensure efficiency and accuracy of reporting outputs, monitor portfolio compliance (equity investments and loans), perform in-person property inspections, and review annual tax returns.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • •10+ years of Tax Credit investment experience focused on NMTC with asset management.
  • •Advanced understanding of Tax Credit investments, including legal/regulatory environment, limited partnership agreements, and loan documents.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with careful attention to detail.
  • •Advanced degree or certification (e.g., JD, MBA, CPA, CFA) or equivalent experience.
