  • •Manage resource allocation of materials, labor, and equipment to meet production readiness goals.
  • •Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and roadblocks that could impact timelines or operational readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in operations program management, production, or manufacturing (preferably defense, aerospace, or complex hardware).
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and production workflows.
  • •Experience launching new products with condensed timelines.
  • •Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Gantt charts; eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.
