Quantity Surveyor

Coordinate with internal project teams and consultants/contractors to run pre- and post-tendering processes, validating tender and contract documents including bills of quantities. Support feasibility studies, prepare risk and earned value management reports, and develop procurement strategies for project items. Prepare baseline budgets, monitor project budgets, estimate quantities/BOQs, and review interim payment certificates. Manage subcontractor prequalification, contractual claims, and monthly cost reports/cash flow updates.
