Payroll Specialist

Own payroll operations within the People team by preparing and coordinating payroll processes for ~700 employees across 13 countries. Gather and validate payroll inputs, work with payroll providers to ensure timely submissions, run preliminary payroll calculation checks, and support employees as the first point of contact. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, escalate complex cases, and help improve payroll efficiency through process and automation initiatives.
