Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and coordinate payroll processes under the supervision and validation of the Payroll Manager.
  • •Gather, verify, and consolidate payroll inputs such as new hires, terminations, bonuses, and salary adjustments.
  • •Coordinate with payroll providers to ensure timely payroll data submission and assist with processing across multiple countries.
  • •Perform preliminary payroll checks and escalate compliance/accuracy issues to the Payroll Manager.
  • •Serve as a first point of contact for payroll-related employee questions and support payroll process improvements and automation projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Human Resources and Payroll.
  • •Significant experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multi-country environment.
  • •Knowledge of payroll regulations in at least one of the covered countries.
  • •Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with different payroll systems.
  • •Fluent in English; another language is a plus (French, German, or others).
