Build strong relationships with consumer and business customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customer needs, process account information and basic transactions, open accounts, and complete service requests, including submitting credit applications. Maintain expertise in retail and digital products, proactively educate clients on self-service options, and partner with branch teams to deliver an excellent, consistent customer experience.
