Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle the entire travel medical assistance claim process from notification and registration through to closure.
  • •Process and review claims within policy terms and coverage authority limits, ensuring timely management against TATs/SLAs.
  • •Resolve medical and non-medical claims by reviewing documentation, calculating benefits due, initiating payments, and composing claim decision letters.
  • •Monitor claim progress, track reserves, and facilitate finance rebilling and follow-up with customers.
