Key Responsibilities

•Lead day-to-day field operations of multiple SUE field crews and manage field schedules to meet project scope, schedule and budget.
•Read, interpret, and utilize utility drawings, as-builts, GIS data, and other utility records; initiate and track utility records requests with utility providers.
•Utilize geophysical equipment (e.g., GPR) and surveying tools (GPS, Total Station, Trimble devices) to locate and designate utilities per ASCE 38-02 & 38-22.
•Perform QA/QC on SUE field data and support field audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
•Mentor junior field staff and maintain clear communication with field and office teams, clients, and utility representatives.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•BS degree + 4 years of related experience or AS degree + 6 years or High School + 8 years
•SUE or private utility locating experience
•Experience with ASCE 38-02 & 38-22
•Frequent travel to field locations and overnight travel
•Valid U.S. Driver’s License and pass background checks
