•Own the full product lifecycle for FP&A planning processes, from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration.
•Serve as the domain expert for FP&A processes and technology platforms, especially Workday Adaptive (or equivalent).
•Partner with Engineering, TPMs, and business stakeholders to scope, prioritize, align, and drive execution.
•Define guardrails, escalation paths, and quality standards to ensure trust, accuracy, and consistency.
•Lead platform governance (roadmap reviews, release planning, change management) and define success metrics across the lifecycle.
