Job Summary

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Build the cloud foundation with Terraform/OpenTofu, designing configurable Azure infrastructure that can provision different cluster profiles from reusable code.
•Develop and operate a Kubernetes platform-as-a-service, including observability, multi-tenancy, RBAC, governance, FinOps, and zero-trust security controls.
•Create golden paths and services that support build, test, and release with integrated security scanning, SBOM generation, and observability.
•Build developer self-service interfaces for identity/access, repositories, namespaces, and cluster resources, scaling through self-service rather than manual requests.
•Operate the platform reliably: define and measure SLIs/SLOs, maintain runbooks, lead incident response, and plan safe upgrades with minimal disruption.

Key Requirements

•Several years building platform or DevOps capabilities end to end, from a developer problem to production-grade self-service (three to five years as a guide).
•Strong, hands-on Kubernetes experience in production, including RBAC, admission control, and diagnosing/resolving platform issues under pressure.
•Solid infrastructure-as-code practice using Terraform or OpenTofu and a GitOps approach (FluxCD or Argo CD).
•Hands-on CI/CD pipeline and release strategy experience (e.g., GitLab pipelines).
•Comfortable coding in at least one of Go, Python, or Bash, with working knowledge of Linux, plus cloud-native security fundamentals (least privilege, secrets management, identity, and supply-chain integrity).
