Provide timely, efficient processing of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and handling assigned funds. Deliver a strong client experience by understanding financial needs, educating clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and supporting outreach through outbound calls. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, aligning with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and retail community leadership routines.
