Key Requirements

  • •Native-level German proficiency (written and spoken) to lead customer workshops and present to executives in German.
  • •5+ years owning technical pre-sales/Proof-of-Value engagements, driving AI transformation narratives, and executing ROI/TCO modeling to realized value.
  • •Deep knowledge of operational workflows and industry domains (e.g., supply chain, finance) with the ability to connect bottlenecks to strategic AI solutions.
  • •Strong software/data engineering skills: Python, modular API design, reusable libraries, advanced SQL, and scalable data integration using ML/AI frameworks.
  • •Master’s degree in computer science/engineering/mathematics or equivalent work experience (preferred).
