Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct outbound calls to help patients activate monitoring devices and provide technical assistance.
  • •Manage daily and weekly patient call lists and coordinate with Clinics and Account Executives to resolve service delays, cancellations, and patient needs.
  • •Meet KPIs and maintain high-quality standards as part of the Patient Services team.
  • •Complete an initial 6-week training/nesting period with an Educator in a structured, hands-on environment.
  • •After training, complete a 3-week ramp-up working weekday hours with holiday rotation.
