Job Summary

Oversee technical delivery of AV Integration projects in Hong Kong, from reviewing SOWs and design documents through final bill-of-materials, network coordination, and as-built closeout packages. Collaborate with CAD, fabrication, commissioning, programming, installation, and field teams to resolve technical issues, support submittals, and create commissioning checklists and guides. Travel to job sites to support installation teams, sometimes on short notice, while keeping delivery aligned to scope, goals, budgets, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

•Review preliminary design documents (SOW/contract) to validate quality, completeness, feasibility, and identify technical/logistical challenges.
•Create engineering deliverables (e.g., infrastructure drawings, ceiling plans, equipment placement, riser diagrams, elevations) and generate cable pull sheets and network coordination.
•Perform calculations (heat and power, structural needs) and finalize the bill of materials by auditing and approving line items.
•Support project management with engineering documents for submittal packages and provide technical updates on progress, budgets, and challenges.
•Assist with field/vender collaboration: support installation handoffs, create commissioning checklists/guides, troubleshoot during installation/commissioning, and compile as-built closeout documentation; travel to job sites as needed.
