Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, KPI scorecards, and executive-level analytics for management and business departments.
  • •Build semantic models, datasets, measures, and calculations using Power Query and DAX, and optimize performance, refresh timing, model size, and user experience.
  • •Configure scheduled refresh, gateway connections, workspace access, report sharing, subscriptions, and deployment support in Power BI Service.
  • •Implement row-level security, data access controls, and report governance in coordination with IT and business owners.
  • •Support reporting and analytics across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, Oracle/ERP, including data validation, integration support, and coordination with business users and CRM/Power Platform administrators.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI report development and business intelligence delivery.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, Oracle/ERP, SQL databases, or enterprise business applications.
  • •Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder workshops, UAT coordination, data validation, and production support.
  • •Experience in real estate, property management, facilities, finance, procurement, customer service, or enterprise operations reporting is an advantage.
