Key Responsibilities

•Manage accounts to ensure the account deliverables are met by the team
•Ensure accurate and timely delivery of outputs including data tables, KPIs, presentations, reports and workshops
•Develop and implement solutions to drive meaningful insights for clients’ needs and business
•Develop in-depth knowledge of clients and their business in all interactions and deliverables
•Coach and develop account team members through constructive feedback to identify strengths and areas for improvement

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of relevant research experience
•Educated to a degree level, preferable in marketing or business
•Have a curious mind and can think out of the box
•Strong communications and presentation skills
•Fluent in Vietnamese and good command of English
