  • •Establish a structured framework and apply operational rigor within assigned CBP product domains/subdomains.
  • •Partner with cross-functional leaders to implement and improve annual planning, quarterly planning, OKR and project tracking, and collaboration.
  • •Provide tactical support for objectives, initiatives, and projects, including OKR tracking for consistent QBR reporting.
  • •Centralize information and maintain documentation/systems to improve visibility and reduce cognitive load for product teams.
