Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage project team and ensure project is completed as per the budget, schedule and quality standards and all contractual requirements are met
  • •Coordinate activities of contractors / PMC, monitor performance, hold periodic meetings and schedule periodic on-site visits to verify status
  • •Review, expand and refine initial high-level plan and budget developed by Project Control during feasibility phase and review against project schedule and budget
  • •Ensure project is progressing according to plan and generate progress reports with the support of Project Control
  • •Identify budget and schedule deviations, issues and risks, assess impact and define action plans in coordination with Planning & Control and seek Project Director approval

Key Requirements

  • •Min 12+ years of experience in PM, with at least 5 years in senior project oversight position
  • •Min 4+ years in a related managerial position
  • •Bachelor degree in civil engineering, architecture, or equivalent
  • •MBA, PMP or technical post-graduate degree is preferred
  • •Proven experience of managing construction for developments with CAPEX > 1 billion AED
