Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise civil onsite labor, crafts, subcontractors, field staff, and overall site budget performance.
  • •Ensure project work is executed in accordance with design drawings, specifications, relevant codes, design, budget, and schedule requirements.
  • •Plan construction procedures and staffing for each phase based on specifications, starting/completion times, available tools/equipment, and building methods.
  • •Prepare and review progress, materials, and cost reports, then adjust work schedules accordingly.
  • •Lead and verify compliance with McDermott policies and procedures, ensure subordinates understand requirements, and ensure timely completion of mandatory training.

Key Requirements
