Key Responsibilities

  • •Liaise with the outsourced soft services provider to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • •Supervise housekeeping supervisors and staff, demonstrate tasks, assign duties, and inspect work against cleanliness standards.
  • •Monitor cleaning in public areas and daily waste disposal, including night-shift inspections for contracted staff.
  • •Manage inventories of stock and consumables, maintain storage of tools and equipment, and request cleaning chemicals/equipment as needed.
  • •Ensure hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance (health, safety, hygiene, food safety, municipality regulations), including emergency response participation and information security awareness compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary education or above.
  • •2–5 years of hotel experience in housekeeping.
  • •Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage housekeeping staff.
  • •Knowledge of health and safety relating to operations, including cleanliness standards.
  • •Fluent spoken English and good communication skills; ability to write technical reports when required.
