Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape and implement the NEO BIZ segment strategy and roadmap in Egypt.
  • •Drive profitable growth by leading client acquisition through own channels and increasing client engagement.
  • •Identify Egypt industry, consumer, and technology trends to build NEO BIZ digital propositions using group frameworks.
  • •Design customer journeys and deliver superior customer experience, serving as Product Owner within a squad when needed.
  • •Lead teams and oversee operational activities including planning, budgeting, and reporting; collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •13+ years of relevant experience in the banking industry with a focus on business banking and digital in the Egyptian market.
  • •Experience in Agile methodologies in a banking context.
  • •Strong negotiation and leadership skills, with the ability to build consensus across the organization.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort in public speaking.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
