Job Summary

Lead the Mashreq NEO BIZ segment for SMEs in Egypt, shaping and executing the digital transformation strategy. Own the roadmap and growth targets for customer acquisition, revenue, and profitability, while designing customer journeys and innovative digital banking propositions. Serve as a subject matter expert, set segment strategy, and partner with stakeholders and regulators. Lead teams, collaborate cross-functionally (including Marketing), translate strategy into policies, and ensure operational planning, budgeting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Shape and implement the NEO BIZ segment strategy and roadmap in Egypt.
•Drive profitable growth by leading client acquisition through own channels and increasing client engagement.
•Identify Egypt industry, consumer, and technology trends to build NEO BIZ digital propositions using group frameworks.
•Design customer journeys and deliver superior customer experience, serving as Product Owner within a squad when needed.
•Lead teams and oversee operational activities including planning, budgeting, and reporting; collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market strategies.

Key Requirements

•13+ years of relevant experience in the banking industry with a focus on business banking and digital in the Egyptian market.
•Experience in Agile methodologies in a banking context.
•Strong negotiation and leadership skills, with the ability to build consensus across the organization.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort in public speaking.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
