•Consolidate monthly financial results and deliver management reporting with deep-dive analyses to drive business performance improvements.
•Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI setting to establish ambitious targets and continuously review performance metrics.
•Own and scale the ESG reporting framework, ensuring accurate data collection and disclosure in line with regulatory standards (e.g., CSRD/ESRS).
•Embed sustainability considerations into core business workflows and act as the organization’s internal subject matter expert on ESG regulations.
•Build and maintain an efficient, integrated reporting landscape across both the financial and ESG domains using modern reporting tools.

•Organised and detail-oriented with a focus on data quality across financial and non-financial datasets
•Strong communicator who can convey financial and ESG concepts cross-functionally
