Associate Real Time Software Engineer, Phantom Works

Develop and maintain real-time software for the Vehicle Management System (VMS) supporting Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS). You’ll design and document software architectures and interfaces, implement and integrate components into functional systems, and build verification plans and test procedures to confirm requirements are met. The role includes technical leadership, supporting software processes and tools, and serving as a subject matter expert while training and mentoring others across a Phantom Works program.
