Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Vision: Define and evolve the long-term strategy for the unified employee and manager experience, aligning with the IT vision and translating goals into an actionable roadmap with a persona-based approach.
  • •Drive Product Strategy: Partner with stakeholders across People, IT, and Engineering to design connected, intuitive workflows that unify multiple systems; lead discovery and prioritization for scalable, data-driven solutions.
  • •Execute and Measure: Define success metrics (adoption, efficiency, engagement) and use insights to guide iteration and storytelling for each release.
  • •Influence and Collaborate: Align design, engineering, and leadership around the product vision; communicate clearly and build alignment across diverse stakeholders in productivity and AI discussions.
  • •Own the product area within the employee experience domain and shape how Databricks designs, measures, and improves how people manage their teams, careers, and day-to-day tasks.
