Job Summary

Review Net Asset Value (NAV) and financial statements to ensure high-quality service and maintain key performance indicators across clients and processes. Ensure NAV production and statutory reporting follow documented procedures. Identify and drive initiatives to remove manual work and reduce direct/indirect costs. Support rollout of new NAV and financial reporting products/activities while escalating operational risk scenarios, maintaining internal controls, and supporting audits and regulator findings.

Key Responsibilities

•Review Net Asset Value (NAV) and financial statements to ensure high-quality service for business stakeholders and maintain key performance indicators.
•Ensure operational functions for NAV production and statutory reporting are performed per laid down procedures.
•Propose ideas/initiatives/projects to remove manual processes and reduce direct and indirect costs for sustainable savings.
•Support implementation and rollout of new products/activities within NAV and financial reporting.
•Identify, highlight, and escalate operational risk scenarios and ensure adherence to internal controls, procedures, and audit/regulatory actions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in commerce or relevant accounting/finance qualifications, with strong accounting concepts and understanding of financial statements.
•Knowledge of financial instruments, funds administration and accounting services, including valuation cycles and corporate actions.
•Excellent fund administration knowledge with clear understanding of the end-to-end fund accounting model; basic knowledge of custody, brokerage, depository, investment accounting, mutual funds, and reconciliations.
•1–4 years of relevant funds administration and reporting experience.
•Strong time management and ability to multitask to meet defined deadlines.
