Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage change orders by recommending solutions, facilitating quotes, and closing orders.
  • •Create and maintain project schedules (tasks, dependencies, milestones, critical path) and forecast resource constraints.
  • •Lead project administration: understand contract clauses, validate scope/cost/schedule, manage compliance and documentation, follow safety guidelines, and help establish customer expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years’ experience in HVAC Controls and Project Management (or equivalent combination of degree and experience).
  • •Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Project Management degree is a plus.
  • •Proficient at resource/manpower planning.
  • •Experience leading teams comprised of different technical skill levels.
  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations.
