Implement, configure, and support Oracle Cloud HCM with a focus on Oracle Time and Labor and Absence. Lead end-to-end lifecycle delivery, translate HR business requirements into system solutions, and design time tracking and leave management processes. Configure rules, workflows, and policies for time and absence, ensure integration with Payroll/Core HR, and run SIT/UAT testing. Create functional documentation and deliver client workshops, demos, and training to drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and participate in full lifecycle implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules
•Configure Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document configurations
•Design and configure time and absence setups, including time entry/calculation rules, processing profiles, approval workflows, absence types, accrual rules, and carryover policies
•Manage end-to-end time/leave processing and troubleshoot functional issues related to time entry and absence processing
•Support testing and delivery activities (SIT/UAT), integration with Payroll/Core HR, and provide reports, interfaces, data conversion, and HCM extracts

Key Requirements

•4-7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with strong expertise in Time & Labor (OTL) and Absence Management
•Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM modules, identifying fit/gaps and recommending solutions
•Lead end-to-end implementation of OTL and Absence modules including configuration, testing, and deployment
•Configure time entry rules, time calculation rules, processing profiles, and approval workflows for time and absence transactions
•Bachelor’s degree or MBA with exposure to Agile/Iterative methodologies
