  • •Develop and maintain PCBA workmanship standards, process parameters, and design rules aligned to product roadmaps.
  • •Establish scalable DFM frameworks enabling consistent execution across multiple products, sites, and vendors.
  • •Mentor and lead a high-performing team of PCBA DFM engineers and technical leads.
