Head of Risk Management

Lead the development and delivery of risk strategy, assurance, and analytics across an £8bn programme within the Type 26 PMO. Embed best-practice risk management with clear ownership across value streams, drive improvements from assurance outcomes, and integrate risk with planning, cost, governance, and reporting. Deliver quantitative risk analysis to produce risk-adjusted forecasts and contingency recommendations while coaching and strengthening programme-wide risk capability for senior stakeholders.
