Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end technical program delivery for French and broader European public sector and defense customers from initial deployment through production scaling.
  • •Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, building trusted relationships with CIOs, IT directors, and technical teams.
  • •Translate security, compliance, accessibility, bilingualism, and data sovereignty requirements into actionable engineering plans and coordinate RFP/procurement and contractual obligations.
  • •Create and manage project schedules, identify dependencies across departments/security authorities/cloud providers, and manage risks for government and defense deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years as a customer-facing Technical or Engineering Program Manager in AI/ML consulting, technology transformation, or enterprise software delivery.
  • •Experience working with government, defense, or heavily regulated customers, including managing complex multi-stakeholder programs with stringent compliance requirements.
  • •Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advanced degree or technical certs are a plus).
