Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end technical program delivery for French and broader European public sector and defense customers from initial deployment through production scaling.
•Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, building trusted relationships with CIOs, IT directors, and technical teams.
•Translate security, compliance, accessibility, bilingualism, and data sovereignty requirements into actionable engineering plans and coordinate RFP/procurement and contractual obligations.
•Create and manage project schedules, identify dependencies across departments/security authorities/cloud providers, and manage risks for government and defense deployments.
•Ensure on-time delivery of AI solutions meeting security, privacy, accessibility, and performance standards, coordinating across multiple teams and solving complex technical challenges (including air-gapped/on-premises environments).

Key Requirements

•6+ years as a customer-facing Technical or Engineering Program Manager in AI/ML consulting, technology transformation, or enterprise software delivery.
•Experience working with government, defense, or heavily regulated customers, including managing complex multi-stakeholder programs with stringent compliance requirements.
•Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advanced degree or technical certs are a plus).
•Understanding of enterprise software deployment architectures (cloud, on-premises, hybrid, air-gapped) and working knowledge of modern AI (LLMs, agentic systems, MCP, RAG, fine-tuning, evals, responsible AI).
