  • •Investigate and evaluate coverage, liability, and damages to set claim strategy, settlement, and file reserves within approved authority.
  • •Provide timely claim evaluations to identify and manage reserves in compliance with company standards.
  • •Analyze coverage and deliver comprehensive coverage analysis and claim resolution strategies.
  • •Deliver outstanding customer service and effective interactions with insureds, agents, and legal counsel.
