Senior Data Scientist, Customer Conversion

Develop and maintain machine learning and AI models that improve CarMax’s customer and associate experiences across the buying journey. Partner with software engineers and product teams to deploy algorithms, evaluate production performance, and design experimental tests to collect data and drive measurable improvements. Serve as a subject matter expert in model evaluation, advanced analytics, and evidence-based decision making.
