Job Summary

Prepare and implement dedicated service delivery, define the Service Implementation Plan, and ensure service evolutions are integrated (tools, processes, dashboards). Serve as the main client interface for TopSky-ATC service scope, track KPIs, manage corrective actions with Engineering Delivery Managers, and ensure SLA compliance. Coordinate stakeholders across product, project, and engineering teams, manage risks/opportunities, and keep service configuration and documentation up to date.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement the Service Implementation Plan and ensure smooth integration of service changes (tools, processes, dashboards, practices).
•Act as client point of contact for the service scope, pilot performance indicators, and drive corrective and optimization actions with Engineering Delivery Managers.
•Partner with the project manager on governance committee preparation and participate in relevant forums.
•Set up performance tracking mechanisms and ensure proper configuration management and maintenance of the service dossier.
•Ensure SLA compliance, escalate operational deviations and risks, and coordinate stakeholders for cross-functional issues or major incidents.
•Please ensure the total five responsibilities max; merged items already capped at 5.

Key Requirements

•5–10 years of experience in service management, complex projects, or demanding technology environments.
•Degree (Bac+5 engineering or master) or equivalent via VAE.
•Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
•Experience in contract management and the engineering product lifecycle.
•Client-oriented communication skills in multicultural environments, including fluent English and another language.
