Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical strategy, architecture, and execution for large, ambiguous Link initiatives for new money-movement primitives.
  • •Own projects end to end: clarify problems, define incremental technical plans, align stakeholders, drive delivery, and launch safely.
  • •Build robust, scalable backend services and high-quality consumer-facing experiences across Java, Ruby, and TypeScript.
  • •Lead project teams of engineers through execution, setting clarity on priorities, decisions, risks, and milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of backend and/or full-stack software development experience owning large, ambiguous systems end-to-end.

  • •Strong full-stack engineering skills building reliable backend services and polished user-facing product experiences.
  • •Experience leading and unblocking a group of engineers on substantial projects as a senior individual contributor.
