Lead and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations in Coventry, ensuring targeted quality, productivity and safety outcomes. Manage and coach a team, drive high performance against KPIs, complete daily reporting, and ensure compliance with processes and safety standards. Report to the Operations Manager, oversee cross-functional collaboration, and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency and service excellence in a fast-paced logistics environment.
