Manager II, Operations Management - (M2) 1st Shift

Supervise production and operations activities across assembly, inspection, test, and final test for manufacturing capital equipment and components. Own scheduling and milestone cadence, track organization performance metrics, and drive cycle-time improvements. Serve as an interface for customer/vendor requirements and lead cost-of-quality analysis and corrective actions. Manage EHS training and safety compliance, develop team performance through coaching and goal setting, and implement Lean, Safety, and Quality initiatives.
