•Own and document business processes across assigned zones, continuously optimizing and scaling them as the company grows.
•Foster cross-functional collaboration and improve cooperation between business units and adjacent teams (finance, legal, product) to boost productivity and outcomes.
•Coordinate operational projects to improve efficiency from planning to execution and evaluation of results.
•Contribute to budgeting, performance metrics, and resource planning to ensure operational excellence.
•Support and drive the development of scalable processes while maintaining quality and speed.

Key Requirements

•2-3 years of experience in international companies, big4, or large Ukrainian firms
•experience as a business analyst, operations manager, or account manager
•results-oriented with strong collaboration and cross-functional coordination
•ability to translate data and operational challenges into clear, practical solutions
•hands-on experience building, documenting, and improving business processes with Google Sheets or Excel
